Melissa Bryce, a lifelong Tulsan, proud citizen of the Cherokee Nation, and former public school educator, has dedicated her career to enhancing the well-being of children and families.
For the past 15 years, Melissa played a central role in the Global Foundation for Peroxisomal Disorders, where she co-founded the organization and served in multiple leadership positions, including Executive Director (2018–2024), Board Chair (2016–2018), and Treasurer (2010–2016).
In 2024, she ran as the Democratic candidate for Oklahoma State Senate in District 39.
In addition to her advocacy work, Melissa is a sought-after speaker and consultant specializing in the life cycle of a nonprofit and best practices for patient advocacy organizations.
